CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

We have a very flexible return policy which entitles all our members to return the product/Service’s before servicemen start the service, if there is a defect in goods or service, damage in transit, or due to some reason they are not satisfied with the quality. We will take the returned product/material used, we will take back with us if it will in condition of return (decided by servicemen) and make the necessary adjustments to your order value except A charged of the partner's travelling expense & material Procurement fee. We request you to check all the items / Service at the time of delivery. However, please note: If a product/service is returned due to a change in mind, you will be assessed the total bill.​

Products / Service purchased can be returned as below:

  • Items/Products use – Before pack open and service start (Same day).

  • Any service – Before service start and delivery.

​The amount will be refunded to you in the form of eZarurat Points which you can use as store credit for future purchases. In case of credit card payments, the money can also be refunded to your account in 8 to 10 working days.   • eZarurat.in holds the rights to not accept the return of the product if the reason of exchange or refund found non-convincing.
